Insurance issues include additional insured disputes including formulation of joint
defense agreements, coverage disputes and analysis, contractual matters.
As a claims professional, fully trained in investigation, adjustment and resolution
of multi-line claims including construction defect, personal injury, commercial
and personal automobile liability and physical damage matters and first-party property
losses.
Representative Cases Handled as Mediator
Mediation of cases involving construction defects, insurance carrier disputes, additional
insured issues, professional liability matters, real estate disclosure issues and
personal injury cases, including wrongful death.
Multi-Party Dispute Resolution Experience
As negotiator and mediator, have handled 1,500 to 2,000 cases, with some multi-party
construction defect cases involving as many as 150 parties.
Alternative Dispute Resolution Experience
Twenty-four years experience attending settlement conferences and mediations as
