The AMCC Difference

The AMCC Difference

AMCC arbitrators and mediators have the technical expertise and specific industry experience that translates into accurate awards and settlements.

AMCC facilitates the dispute resolution process from beginning to end allowing the parties to concentrate on matters outside the claim.

Construction Mediation

Mediation is the ideal process for resolving construction-related disputes. Consensual and flexible, this voluntary process can be invoked at any time with the possibility of keeping projects on track and relationships intact. AMCC offers a nationally recognized panel of Construction Mediators that in the aggregate have secured settlements well in excess of a hundred million dollars.

Virtually any construction-related dispute is appropriate for mediation, including disputes involving construction defects, design malpractice, soils and structural engineering, failure analysis, contract issues, standard of care, post-occupancy customer service and much more. Our Construction Mediators have all handled disputes ranging from simple two-party matters on up to complex projects involving literally hundreds of stakeholders.

AMCC deeply understands the challenges and risks inherent in construction projects. As such we have brought together the foremost dispute resolution professionals with exceptional expertise and experience to provide for effective resolution options. AMCC handles a full range of disputes.

In addition to dispute resolution, AMCC has a strong project neutral presence to proactively work towards resolving pre-construction disputes in an effort to avoid delays and cost over-runs. AMCC can help you structure a contract that includes a project neutral or a dispute review board (DRB) for both large and small projects.
