Professional History
2003 - present Arbitrator, Appraiser. Serve as single nuetral Arbitrator for Construction
related disputes. Award damages involving all building trades , including, but not
limited to, concrete, plumbing, electrical, swimming pool, structural and water
loss issues. Also serves as appraiser in Insurance Code 2071 Appraisal of Insurance
Claims for loss and actual cash value disputes.
1998 - present Damage Appraiser, ITS Group, Inc. Provide comprehensive technical
support for Expert Witness Testimony, Fair Market Valuations and Damage Appraisals.
Responsibilites include valuations of damaged properties and building systems, estimating,
computer aided drafting and onsite damage assessments, as well as compiling and
extrapolating data, analyzing reports and diagramming total losses. Also provide
technical support for alternative dispute resolution and litigation matters.
1997 - 1998 Claims Representative, State Farm Insurance Company. Provide customer
service and claims resolution to insurance policyholders. Responsibilities included
extensive client communication, on-site claim evaluations and valuation of damaged
property, as well as resolution of coverage questions and determination of liability.
1989 - 1997 Service Technician, State Farm Insurance Company. Provide comprehensive
maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing,
electrical and telephone, as well as both rough and finish carpentry.
