AMCC continues its service to the Contractors State License Board Arbitration program
Marking its fifteenth year of service to the Contractors State License Board, AMCC is honored to provide administration services for the prestigious CSLB arbitration program. Approximately 600 disputes with values up to $50,000 are resolved through this forum each year. The CSLB provides this valuable service at no charge to consumers and contractors. The esteemed Arbitrators that preside over these cases have formal alternative dispute resolution training, as well as specific industry and construction trade experience. The program provides a final and satisfying resolution outside of the expensive court system with the intent of creating a better building and contracting environment.
