File executed Submission to Alternative Dispute Resolution form with AMCC. Be sure to include contact information for representation, contractual clauses or court order (if applicable), Demand for Arbitration (if applicable), and the Case Facilitation fee per schedule.
Attend Administrative Conference, if scheduled.
Select Arbitrator.
Be available for the scheduling of the Arbitration hearing.
Pay retainer requested at least fourteen (14) days in advance of scheduled hearing.
Provide notice to AMCC of requests for continuance or settlement prior to ten (10) days before scheduled hearing to avoid cancellation fees.
Exchange documentary evidence and list of witnesses no less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the scheduled hearing.
Submit any subpoena request no less than ten (10) calendar days prior to scheduled hearing.
Be prompt and prepared at all days of the appointed hearing times.
Bring copy of documentary evidence for Arbitrator or Arbitration panel.
Act promptly upon your obligations as set forth in the Arbitration Award.
